According to the preview of Uncanny Avengers #4, Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch are in for some MAJOR history changes. It was already revealed in Axis that Magneto was NOT their father (cue Maury Povich audience reaction) but now there’s another big change in store.
Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver were never mutants to begin with.
