Axel Alonso tweeted this image today. Just when you thought Deadpool had battled everyone, it looks like he’ll take on the mad Titan himself Thanos. Deadpool vs. Thanos.
This announcement is interested for two reasons:
1) Deadpool is dying in his upcoming series finale. (I know, comic book deaths don’t stick, but at least try and pretend like you’re not going to bring him back in a few months)
2) This series takes place AFTER Secret Wars has already been in full swing for months. So does this lead you to believe that Secret Wars isn’t what it appears to be? Or will this title actually happen in Secret Wars?
